John Yarborough, a consistent top producer in Commercial Real Estate leasing and brokerage for the past fifteen (15) years, brings substantial knowledge, experience and expertise in the office, retail, tenant representation, commercial land acquisition and investment property brokerage to Romano Real Estate Corporation. John entered the commercial real estate brokerage industry in 1990, after graduating Magna Cum Laude from the University of Arizona College of Business with a double major of Real Estate and Finance.

In the last few years, John has successfully completed lease transactions totaling more than 500,000 square feet for an impressive list of clients and users that includes: Morgan Stanley, Phelps Dodge, Coldwell Banker Residential, Richmond American Homes, Long Realty, Coldwell Banker, Jewish Family & Children's Services, The Winters Group, Carondelet Medical Group, CIGNA, HealthSouth, Ace Hardware, Ashley Furniture, Checker Auto, Radio Shack, Del Webb Communities, the State of Arizona and U.S. Government -General Services Administration, Farmers Insurance, US Bank, Weyerhaeuser Mortgage, Inland Mortgage, Taylor Advertising, the Olsten Corporation, Citizen Publishing Company, Eagle Milling and the Community Partnership of Southern Arizona. As Vice President of Commercial Real Estate, John heads up the brokerage, leasing, tenant representation and investment properties division of Romano Real Estate Corporation.

Diane's duties and responsibilities include the supervision of the multi-family supervisors as well as the direct responsibility of the commercial portfolio and the direct supervision of the commercial property supervisor, and overall responsibility for the commercial maintenance crew.

Scott has been involved in various areas of the construction industry for 30 years and has been a licensed Commercial General Contractor for the past 10 years.

Supervisory and Professional Skill levels in the following areas: Rough and Finish Carpentry, Electrical, Plumbing, Drywall, Painting, Roofing, Asphalt & Concrete. Scott has supervised and coordinated rehab projects from $20,000 to $1,000,000+ involving virtually every trade in the business.

Scott's abilities extend to a professional level of reading and interpreting architectural plans and specifications as well as a seasoned and long standing relationship with City and County development services personnel and inspectors.

Scott's skill levels and hands on experience as both a skilled craftsman and as a general contractor give Romano Real Estate a unique in-house expert at no additional costs to our clients and who is capable of working with general and subcontractors and tenant improvement contractors to achieve the best results at the most efficient costs for our clients.

On the tenant relations side of the business, Scott's background and the fact that he represents Romano Real Estate allows him to interface effectively with contractors and existing tenants of our clients' properties to assure not only that the work is completed correctly, but that any potential negative impact of the work to our tenants is minimized.

Romano Real Estate employs 10-15 full time commercial maintenance workers who are allocated to the various properties, at cost, on an as-needed basis allowing each property in the portfolio to receive the appropriate amount of daily care and cleaning to meet the particular needs and standards of the property. Scott's duties include the training of the commercial maintenance personnel as necessary to increase their skill levels to allow a higher level of performance and thereby decrease the need for expensive specialized labor at the properties.

Kenneth Slachta joined Romano Real Estate Corporation in June 2005 after relocating to Tucson from Northwest Ohio. Previous experience in Commercial and Residential Construction and Development.
